Mr. Fromuth has over 30 years of
experience in water resources planning and hydrology. His areas of
interest include hydrologic analysis and modeling, flood warning
systems, flood loss reduction, reservoir operations modeling, and
climate variability and change. Mr. Fromuth served for 25 years as a
water resources engineer with the Delaware River Basin Commission in its
Project Review and Operations Branches. He served as the manager of the
Operations Branch from 2003 to 2007 and was the technical liaison to the
Commission’s Flood Advisory Committee from 2000 to 2007. His additional
experience included work with the U.S. Geological Survey in streamflow
records collection and hydrologic studies, and with American Water Works
Service Company in evaluation of municipal water supply systems.
Mr. Fromuth is a Professional Engineer
and Certified Floodplain Manager. He is a member of the American Society
of Civil Engineers, American Water Resources Association, Association of
State Floodplain Managers, and New Jersey Association for Floodplain
Management. He received a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel
University, and a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Ohio
State University. |
